For several years, we have been focusing on designing & manufacturing machinery for profiling & cross-profiling parquet. The knowledge we matured over the years enables us to provide customers with solutions to satisfy their working requirements for a finished product that is simply “perfect”.
Our PROFILWOOD production lines have 3 fundamental features which make them unique: speed, accuracy & flexibility.
Our top of the range lengthwise profiler is the ECLISSE model, followed by our ARKA & ELECTRA models, both capable of machining at a fast speed. Our ARKA & MIZAR cross-profilers complete the production lines.
For the just-in-time field, we have flexible end-matchers: RANDOM, SUPERANDOM & SIRIUS models.
Our ALTAIR multi-rip saw & VEGA kerfing machines are our latest models which complete our range of parquet/flooring machinery.
Electra

Mizar
This cross-profiling machine can be integrated in our PROFILWOOD lines for machining engineered wooden or laminated parquet. The structure slightly reduces the overall dimensions of the production line but still satisfies working requirements, having the possibility of installing up to 3 operating units per side.
Arka
This lengthwise & crosswise profiler is capable of machining parquet at a fine working speed with impressive accuracy & flexibility. It can be integrated in our PROFILWOOD lines for machining engineered wooden or laminated parquet with different widths with a centesimal tolerance. The machine structure offers excellent motor configuration flexibility; it can hold up to 5 operating units per side.

Random
Extremely flexible endmatcher, capable of machining parquet with different sizes accurately & at a fast speed attributable to it’s random-machining technique. To enhance it’s consistency, the machine is equipped with 4 D.E.T.-type feed tracks (2 per side) running on rexilon guides. This endmatcher can be integrated as a 2nd machine in a production line or used as a stand-alone machine.
Random Click
"Endmatcher, specifically designed for machining parquet with a click joint profile. It maintains the Random model’s vital characteristics: flexibility, speed & precision.
The random-machining technique allows this endmatcher to machine any size parquet. To enhance it’s consistency, the machine is equipped with 4 D.E.T.-type feed tracks (2 per side) rolling on bearings.
This endmatcher can be integrated as a 2nd machine in a production line or used as a stand-alone machine."
Sirus
Flexible transversal endmatching-tenoning machine, capable of machining any length parquet at an excellent working speed. To obtain a high standard precise finishing, the SIRIUS has a blocked-piece machining technique: the piece is blocked & is machinedby operating units mounted on a movable carriage that runs on linear guides.
Altair
Multi-rip saw for cutting panels from above. It may be integrated in any PROFILWOOD line, before the lengthwise profiler. It amalgamates the fast feed speed obtained via 2 feed tracks with a first-class cut.
